Candlelit Singing Bowls - Guided Meditation
Wednesday, July 24th 7:00 p.m. - 8:15 p.m.
It always feels like an honor to have these very old bowls, carrying so much supportive energy for our bodies and the world, enter into this studio space. Eva has a special relationship with each of her singing bowls and it’s always fascinating to hear her talk about them and then play them. This collection of antique bowls handmade by Tibetan monks, were used for centuries for healing and meditation. Eva creates an improvised, vibrational soundscape that is heard, as well as felt, awakening the body’s internal wisdom for healing, releasing stress, & relaxing deeply. Come get comfortable with available bolsters and blankets or folding chairs. Suggested donation $12.
